I've wrestled with this question many times. I've read everything on wowhead for both enchants, everything at EJ's, tankspot, etc etc...and there really is no clear winner.
I checked the top 10 or so geared tanks on my server and their enchants were almost evenly split between the 3 enchants (blood/blade/mongoose).
My understanding is that blade ward was initially really bad but was buffed along the way.
I chose Blade Ward because I couldn't bring myself to use a BC enchant on my ICC weapon.

I wouldn't care if it was from vanilla wow, its the best, use it. Threat, Mitigation, Avoidance and looks badass. Winner

Blood Draining - best for EH (in some situations)
That's not EH
Accuracy - best for threat (by far)
Only if you're not hit capped, and Titanium Weapon Chain is a cheaper alternative if you're below the hit cap and need a TPS weapon (~20 TPS loss)
Mongoose - nice mix of avoidance and threat
And EH.
Blade Ward - garbage
Best
situational
avoidance *wink wink*

I just enchanted my lastest tankking wep with + 26 agi, static armour, crit, and dodge. Do i need a slapped wrist for not getting one of the above listed 3?

26 Agil isn't bad, but Mongoose just does everything better. The uptime on the 120 agil is quite high, check the info Theck has at Maintankadin. I use accuracy on a DPS weapon for tanking easy fiights, and mongoose on a tanking weapon for hard progression.

You will be over 20% dodge for sure if you are doing ICC. With libriams, trinkets, gear, enchants (mongoose), and gems (if you gemed for meta and needed red and used stam/agility or stam/dodge) you will probably be near 20% with the debuff on you if everything prot or was used. That is if you didn't even drink a potion (although i perfer stoneblood) and excluding raid buffs (kings, etc).
