A lot of negative posts on website, so just wanted to hear some positive LFD experiences.
Mine happened yesterday.
I was on a 53 disc priest. Queued up and got into BRD. The tank was a druid and he knew the instance. There was at least one more person who knew the instance. I've never made it far in BRD, even though I had level-capped toon in vanilla, 3 level capped toons in bc, and 4 now.
Anyway, since the satchel didn't drop off the normal boss were it usually drops, we figured it would drop off some other boss. So we kept going. And going. I hit 54, but still no satchel. We cleared brd. There was no satchel, but this was the first time I cleared brd .

The majority of my experiences have been good but I've only used the LFD with my level 80 characters.

when im on my tank, which isnt too often, any time my group doesnt keep trying to rush me through the instance is a good experience. on my dps,any time i get into a dungeon that actually finishes is a good experience since theres an average 20 minute wait for dps when i get on. nothing irritates me more than waiting for 20 minutes and having people bail on the party after one bad pull, or people who decline the random.

4 friends, top end server guild. the mobs were dying within miliseconds and boss died within ~10 seconds. Healer also got bored because the dk tank self healed more than what he was hitted for

While on alt, I got CoS from LFD.. alt is sitting at approx. ilvl200 gear, maybe lower. Two other were on alts also, or with low gear. It was fun. We wiped on the gauntlet, Arthas dies on it.. healer says "it's good to be thrown in deep end from the start". Guess it was his first time then :)
No one left the group besides original tank (before anything started), we had to get another tank from the queue. Big break from the usual speed runs, refreshing change.

One time when i went into Drak'Tharon Keep HC, i got an uber priest healer and dps hunter. Dont remember the other two DPS. We cleared the instance in a flash, and then spent like 30 minutes sitting next to Tharon'jas corpse talking about our guilds progress in ICC. The priest was the most hardcore of us, everything he had was either 264 or 258... and i got a few hot tips for Putricide from him~
Yesterday in halls of lightning. The combat started when i pulled the first two trash mobs, and ended when the second boss died. Everything up to that was a massive AoE chain pull orgy. On the way to Loken, i pulled three groups of trash, and all the dps and the healer died when 5 trash guys were still up. I managed to solo them without dropping below 75% hp. The others were drowning in awe.
Groups where i get teamed up with the pope himself as a healer and three incredible Hulks as DPS are quite common, so i dont really remember those. Nice people are also very common. Silent runs when noone speaks a word beyond "mb" are quite common too. The easiest to remember are the runs where i met an extreme jerk who has somehow hurt the party. There has to be something uniquely positive in the run for me to remember it, like in the first "story" i told.
