Feral PvP - Cat or Bear?

Ok, this might be a bit odd issue, but I find it rather important, and I could use some tips. :)
While pvping on my feral druid (wearing furious gear and about 850 resil), I just don't seem to get the hang on which form to use...
For instance; I got my ass kicked by an enhancement shaman today - he attacked me first, so I used Bear Form. After realizing my health was getting down quicker than his (and he was healing him self with instant heals and lesser healing waves), I decided to try going cat again, but this made me lose health even quicker.
It's the same thing with DKs or Retri palas, and I tend to get really confused weather to stay in cat form (
Predatory Strikes
is in fact quite powerful) or keep playing defensivly in bear.
Need some advice, please :)

Cat is for dps, bear is for tanking.
Learning how/when to use them at the right time is what makes feral pvp difficult.
I've fought mage+rogue teams in 2's and my priest ends up doing more damage than me if that rogue is able to control me correctly.

Feral pvp is 80% kitty. You've got MUCH more burst, more damage over all and more stuns/incapacitates. Essentially more options. Plus you have stealth. The key to winning battles as feral is the same as rogue. You have to get the first shots in. If someone catches you out of stealth, you're toast if you're on your own. (Assuming equivalent gear, skill, etc.)
So ... that said, for 1-on-1 against non-healing plate wearers (mostly dks and warriors, but applies to prot pallies too...) you load up on as many bleeds as possible. Open in kitty, then switch to bear when the bleeds are on, and out last them. Against any other classes, you have to kill them before they kill you. It's all about burst. You take a ton more damage in kitty, but you do so much more damage that it's really your only option.
Hope that helps. Btw, no one kills enhance shammies while the wolves are out. Your strat for enhance shammies is to run away, wait for the wolves to despawn, then go back and kill him.

I guess that I need to do some more practicing to learn what to and when to do it. I've been playing feral for a long time, and still there seems to be much more things left for me to master.
Didn't know about the wolves either.
Thanks for the insightful comments, guys ^^
