I don't see much problem with your talents, you could do some changes to increase your threat though (but that's a matter of opinion, if you feel you don't have any issues with threat, then go with what you have). Other than that, it would be the few pieces of your gear that isn't tank specific.
EDIT: well, you could do changes to your gems and enchants of course. for example, the shoulder enchant, you can replace that with the pvp stamina enchant, and why are you running around with non-epic gems? thumb of rule is basically +30 stam gems in all, unless you need something specific. and you don't have a leg enchant. I can understand if you dont want to enchant your wrist though.

Also NEVER gem parry. You get plenty just from your gear and diminishing returns are harsh on parry. You don't need to be matching every socket with a gem, as merowlin said, get all epic +30 stamina gems and then one red gem to activate your meta. If you need the defense, switch out on or two of the stamina gems for yellow def gems.

There's also the AH (blue +30 stamina gems are like, 200g on my server) and you can buy any color gem for I think 10k honor. Which is easy to get just from wintergrasp.

...the 2nd one isn't the best trinket in the world but it's alot better then what you currently have.
you can also farm H PoS for

if you have alot of gold then you can craft the
245 bracers
...if not just do ulduar 10 and 25 when it's the weekly raid. the first boss flame leviathan drops tanking bracers.
also when your tanking the onyxia guardians. there's basically only 2 things you need to watch for. one is the nova. when you see them cast that....you need to move away. it won't 1shot you but it'll lower your health low enough that the guardian may kill you before your healer can throw you a heal. 2nd is it's ignite weapon. the guardian's dmg will jump greatly when they use this ability. each melee hit will have added fire dmg ranging from 17k -25k. so i'd suggest popping a def CD if you see them do it. if the rng gods are against you...they'll hit you 3 times in a row and the healer won't be able to keep up. Also just because their only 80 elites doesn't mean they won't hit you extremely hard.
