Mine continues as she always did; living her life. Her death and return didn't break her core personality, she wasn't obsessed with killing the Lich King like so many others.

There are more responsible than just the Lich King. It all leads back to the Legion, and he will purge the world of this final evil.

My orc dk Gorel's gonna buy a house in booty bay, put his blacksmith to use and get smashed each night from the proceeds.

I'm not sure if poisons work on beings of dead flesh, because they don't use a digestive system. I'm pretty sure that Undead can't get drunk because they're immune to alcohol poisoning.

So the fact my orc dk got
this
achievement means he drank all that alcohol for no reason at all?
Also the fact he throws up from drinking to much alcohol means he's obviously not suffering the effects of alcohol poisoning here?
Your lore, not mine.

I guess. But Gameplay ≠ Lore. Have whatever lore you want, I'm just trying to make a point.
Though an Undead Orc corpse getting smashed and hammering weapons is pretty metal.

Indeed, because the forsaken priests weren't able to heal with holy light... oh wait..

That's not an argument. Gameplay ≠ Lore. Tell me where in official lore of Warcraft (Not including some unnamed Argent Crusader in Zombie event) you have seen a Forsaken use the holy light.

Not a forsaken in question, but an
undead
could.
Also the lore contradicts itself.
While they can no longer use the Holy Light (positive energy in fact hurts them while negative energy, such as from a death coil spell, heals the Forsaken).- WowRPG
"However, it seems that they learn about the Light in order to better combat members who practice it, and defend against its undead damaging power.- HPG
"Being intelligent undead, the Forsaken fully understand the limitations and vulnerabilities associated with unlife. One of these disadvantages is that they can be turned, rebuked or even commanded by powerful positive or negative energy forces". - NHPG

my dk wasn't obsessed with killing the lich king, Derah Nightsorrow killed the lich king for the simple reason that as long as he existed he would pose a threat to her, he could controll her once, he could controll her again if she didn't do something about him.
now that he's dead, Derah is no longer a pawn of anyone else.
as I said at the epilogue of her story, "She's neither a high-elf nor a blood-elf, neither alliance, nor horde, she's not alive, but not dead either, she's now something more".
for now she seeks a destiny that belongs to her, free from the shackles of allegiances and lords, and now that the only beign in azeroth who could hold her in chains again (the lich king) is dead, she can continue to wander across azeroth to find her own purpuse.

Ruin will stand around on the top of Icecrown Citadel until someone gives him a command.

Athaer is screwed, Marzegog was fine in Civ in Chaos, so we know he isn't affected, and the Death Knight I might bring to A20 will have passed unscarred.
