As a warrior you stay away from agility gemming.

My own (and Porcells too i think) policy is:
Unless the socket bonus per non-blue gem is equal or higher than 6 stamina gem 30 sta.
If its higher or equal:
If you are below soft exp cap (26 aka 6.5%), gem exp/sta
If you are above soft exp cap, gem dodge/sta
Never gem agi/sta, we arent paladins/druids.
Warrior 84.74576271 agi per 1% dodge,
Paladin 59.88023952 agi per 1% dodge,
Druid 47.84688995 agi per 1% dodge.
We get relatively much better avoidance per 1 point of dodge in comparison with those 2 classes.
If you like agi so much put it on your wep/cloak (i did).

lol, copy-pasted from Porcell I think.
Warrior 84.74576271 agi per 1% dodge,
Paladin 59.88023952 agi per 1% dodge,
Druid 47.84688995 agi per 1% dodge.
these numbers are pre-diminishing returns.
I didint copy pasted that idea, i had it long before i checked Porcells gemming.
As for numbers - taken from wowwiki.com

Definitely not copy/pasted from me. I wouldn't write such a confusing and incorrect sentence as: "Unless the socket bonus per non-blue gem is equal or higher than 6 stamina gem 30 sta."

10 dodge vs 9 stam is really a personal decision. i think either way is fine.
i usually pick up the bonus in that case just because i like to :)

Is 10 dodge/21 stam really better (or equal to) 30 stam?
My cut-off has been a 9 stam bonus before I'll go for it. That's per gem. If an item req's a red, yellow, and blue to activate a +12 stam bonus, then I socket 3 30 stam gems.
Is my reasoning correct, or can it be improved?
Edit: I guess to simplify the question: Is the Breastplate of the White Knight socketed properly with 3 +30 stam gems?
I put this in the same category as the shield enchant. This is the exact same trade; 10 avoidance for 9 stamina = 20 avoidance for 18 stamina. This is the point where you could go either way, but why I say that 9 stamina is worth roughly 10 avoidance rating.
Socketing straight stamina and giving up +6 stamina socket bonuses isn't wrong. It's just a personal choice. My personal choice and suggestion is that you gem for +6 stamina when it takes a single off-color gem to get it. Something like the Kraken Gloves (Red and Yellow for +6 Stamina) I just use two +30 gems.

and I meant the idea was copy-pasted, as I have seen you promote that gemming strategy from way back. But honestly that strat should really be common knowledge except for noob tanks.
The idea wasnt copy pasted. Stop implicating that. I know i cant really proove otherwise, so just be serious and stop accusing me.
I have been gemming like this long before i knew what wowhead is. Well maybe not exactly that long ago.
Its nothing wrong when two people get the same idea, really.
