Halls of Stone:
Brann Bronzebeard has been getting into shape and now feels comfortable walking faster when escorted.
I laughed.

lol, nice. I've always liked that Blizzard doesn't mind laughing at itself.

Now, if they could do the same thing for Arthas in CoT.... or hit him with a silence spell heh.

Allowing you to skip ahead, or speeding up Arthas in CoS, would reduce the "challenge" in getting the Bronze drake, though.

He dose go faster after you clear the first part. I noticed he generally gets there about the same time I do (Sometimes even faster) Whereas he used to take like 3-5mins to get to that inn area.

Timer doesn't start till after the opening sequence though; I just want that to be skipped, not the rest of the stuff.

Arthas: Glad you could make it, Uther.
Uther: Watch your tone with me boy. You may be the prince, but I'm still your superior as a paladin.
Arthas: As if I could forget. Listen Uther, there's something about the plague you should know. Oh no, we're too late. These people have all been infected. They may look fine now, but its just a matter of time before they turn into the undead.
Uther: What?
Arthas: This entire city must be purged.
Uther: How can you even consider that, there's got to be some other way.
Arthas: Damn it Uther! As you furture king I order you to purge this city.
Uther: You are not my king yet boy. Nor would I obey that command even if you were.
Arthas: Then I must consider this an act of treason.
Uther: Treason! Have you lost your mind Arthas?
Arthas: Have I? Lord Uther, by my right of succession and the sovereignty of my crown. I hereby relieve you of your command and suspsend your paladins from service.
Jaina: Arthas, you can't just...
Arthas: Its done! Those of you who have the will to save this land follow me. The rest of you... get out of my sight!
Uther: You just crossed a terrible threshold Arthas.
Arthas: Jaina?
Jaina: I'm sorry Arthas. I can't watch you do this.
Hah, done the intro way too many times.

'Walking faster' is an understatement. I started him up today and he was moving just as fast as my Fleet Foot-talented Rogue.

It doesn't really matter; the problem with Halls of Stone never really had anything to do with Brann walking too slowly. It's the excessive amount of trash that is required to be cleared if all bosses are going to be downed. Also the fact that it's every other instance in the random Heroic queue. -.-

Changes to Culling of Stratholme that allow players to skip past the initial story elements will be in a future patch. What seems simple ended up taking a bit of time to implement, and will take just as long if not longer for QA to fully test. I wanted to make sure the quests are still able to be completed, and nothing broke in some rare but significant boundary cases.
Along with the huge change to allow skipping, there's other smaller changes. I lowered the delay after the first boss dies until the undead waves start again. Arthas no longer physically runs from the front to the inn, he just teleports there. Arthas runs to the bookshelf instead of walking.
Score.

I cannot wait for that fix to be implemented.
CoS has needed a fast forward button for a long time.
I always found it funny how the
one
heroic that's timed happens to take the longest, no matter how good you're group.
