I bet you that somewhere buried in the middle of the EULA, Blizzard goes on a rant and completely tears into all the crying children that play this game... Its just that no one has ever bothered to read the damn thing and found it.
A guy I used to know did that in the EULA for one of his websites. It basically stated that by agreeing to his EULA that you agreed to sign over ownership to your eternal soul to him should he ever ask for it and you had to agree to do whatever he asked of you at any time, without question. He, of course, put a "just kidding ignore that last part" clause at the end of the rant but it was actually quite funny to read.
