I can't find any real documentation on this command, but it does work, provided the second parameter is an inbuilt command.
Is there any way to make it use a spell? or even better a macro?
I tried
SetMouselookOverrideBinding("BUTTON1", "mymacro");
but it didn't work.

Any specific reason you want to use override bindings?

But that doesn't give me a list of things I can use in the second parameter.
Essentially I want to keep mouselook on.
I'm modifying this addon:
http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=349
This works perfectly except:
When I'm mouselooking, Button1 is "MOVEFORWARD", what I want to do is, while mouselooking, bind button 1 to Mutilate, or even better a macro.
I have temporarily worked around it by using SetBindingMacro/SetBinding when mouselook is toggled on/off but this means that if mouselook is toggled during combat the rebind doesn't work. (I want it on for combat... but some ganker might attack me while i have mouselook off...) SetMouselookOverrideBinding gets around this, but I don't know how to bind it to a macro.
Is there any way to register a command such as "MOVEFORWARD" or are these inbuilt?

I see. So override bindings are settable in combat? That would be weird.
Anyways, "MACRO <your macro name here>" should work. If it doesn't, have a look at SetOverrideBindingMacro.

They're not settable during combat, as far as I know.
However "SetMouselookOverrideBinding" sets the command which is issued when mouselook is on and the key is pressed.
Which means, I can turn mouselook on and essentially rebind a key :)
Have button 1 = normal mouse click when mouselook is off
and button 1 = Mutilate when mouselook is on
I'll try "MACRO <your macro name here>" when I get home :)
