Boomkin 2p t8.5 & 3p t9 still viable?

My druid is Resto. Plain and simple. I just started gathering pieces for a Balance set and started skimming through the boomkin stickies. As most of my gear will be from Triumph Emblems I was wondering if 2p T8.5 & 3p T9 for
T9 Bonus
and
T8.5 Bonus
still something to shoot for or should I just go for the T9? If mixing the two sets is better what two pieces from T8.5 should I use?

Good to know, as i stated before though, all my Balance gear will be coming from 5 mans and emblems as I'm not into t10 content yet, only healed a couple times. So I guess I'll stick with 4p T9.
