I started back on this chr and he has the old build with ele weapons.
my major glyphs have always been either chain heal or lesser healing and sometimes riptide.
I see a lot of them saying glyph of healing stream.
Jerks and hear both list 3 builds
0/16/55 which I have always used
0/13/58 dropping ele weapons and instead using healing focus, have not felt the need but
I am using the 0/16/55 and since I am gearing I run 5 mans and a few 10 mans raid healing and usually equip major glyphs of earth, lhw and chain heal....minors renew life and water shield
they have said that
Glyph #2 Glyph of Chain Heal
Boosts healing more in 25-man content than 5 or 10-man
So running 5 and 10 mans and mainly using chain heal, I should drop the glyph?
In my little mind I thought about running with chain, riptide and healing stream once but instead tried to go with the better healers and follow their suggestions
anyone got any good thoughts on this?
I drop totems based on the environment.
base is always Flametongue Totem the others are based on mobs and we need cleanse or mana or healing if its intense.
right now I am running mainly running 5 mans for emblems and some better gear
My guild mate said STACK HASTE over everything, but others say NO keep the crit up and stack haste
YEA maybe I can dual gear all my slots LOL
Base with no enchants
Health:17,390
Mana:20,046
Bonus Damage:2061
Bonus Healing: 2220
Hit Rating: 0
Crit Chance: 30.16%
Haste Rating: 186
Mana Regen: 439

yea I know its going to take a few days to get the rest of my gear. I will run more 5 mans to get everything I can with the eot.
I have noticed that everything I look at with emblems is pushing more haste. Fine with me, the problem is what do you consider the MIN for crit should be since I will be replacing crit with haste.
I look at the haste tables and 2.0 seconds = 820 haste rating as the min but 1269 haste rating for 1 sec GCD is probably a lot more than I will have with the gear I can now aquire. So is haste still the best stack I can do or should I be ONLY getting gear with crit and haste ?
yes the build you are talking about is what I use except they dropped ele weapons since its 45sp and the 3 left over I was looking at 2 in imp reincarnation and 1 in totemic focus. Yep healing wave is something I have never gone for. I guess if I had the haste to get it to 1.5sec cast it would be great, then the 800mp5 to cast it more than once a minute.

As has been said, if all you plan to do is run heroics, it really doesn't matter.
If you want to raid then I would recommend going the haste route as it is really the only way to be competitive in high end raid healing. Spellpower is great to an extent but if you go too high on it you will end up with tons of overheal.

From my limited ICC experience (mainly as mage) pushback seems to be a non issue except for the bonestorms on the 1st boss, so if you don't have issues with healing there, you can ditch healing focus and go for healing way.
You might not use HW often, but the alternative is a faster reincarnation and HW can have its use for when you need the extra bit of healing.
Festergut, Blood Princes, Trash mobs, and the gunship battle so far involve heavy damage that cause pushback. Sindragosa will probably be a pain.
Elemental weapons translates to roughly 72 hp on healing wave(largest single target benefit.)
