I'm not anonymous - I just hate ignorant people that want everything served on a silver platter, and have the mentality that they can demand the answer, like it's our duty to respond to it.
To continue down that road won't get your questions answered. Kindness goes both ways, but I shouldn't be the one teaching about basic human traits.
Well, I think the soft hit cap is 14% with elemental precision like they said.
14% is the correct answer, yes - but it's a hardcap, as there's no benefit at all from going beyond that point, at all (like there is for melee with dualwielding, for instance).
