Strength of Earth, Windfury, Healing/Mana stream, and whatever for Fire... beyond that, can't remember what totems you have at that level lol.

Use whatever make sense for your group, dungeon, and spec.
i.e. read the tooltips and apply common sense.

At your level you probably want to drop strength of earth, flametongue, healing stream or mana spring (which ever you think will help the group more, I usually use mana spring for my self), and then windfury. In a group just think of you totems as buffs, so you probably don't want to use stone claw or grounding. Look at you group make up and the buffs you have. If you have all casters besides the tank its probably good to drop grace of air rather than windfury. I don't know how long you have played but its always good to know other classes and what they can bring to a group so that you know what to do. The four totems I listed in my first sentence are the most common go to's when I heal a group so good luck and have fun.

Rather drop WF totem than WoA if there are enough melee. Why do Shamans drop totems that benefit themselves a bit rather than the group a lot?
