So I was just thinking of making myself a list of trinkets somehow worth using and here are some of them, order is pretty much random from badge ones, Naxx, Uld, ToC, ICC (at least some of them) *only level 80 epics!*
1
Althor's Abacus
really nice output trinket, nice amount of spell power and proc isn't bad either
2
Ancient Pickled Egg
/
Embrace of the Spider
/
The Egg of Mortal Essence
pretty much not used anymore (ToC trinkets are easier to get, but still nice spell power and good procs)
3
Bauble of True Blood
not out yet so can't say anything but pretty much upgrade to Maly 25 one)
4
Binding Light
good mana regen, really bad on-use effect since most healers would get it's full effect for about 10sec (with stacking it 10sec before)
5
Darkmoon Card: Greatness (int)
not really the best trinket with intellect and proc isn't that good (2% spell crit. ~3k mana for a while)
6
Darkmoon Card: Illusion
pretty cheap spell power trinket, on use effect isn't rocking but still nice to have in heroics.
7
Eye of the Broodmother
really nice trinket, 1,90% and 125 almost constant spell power makes it quite good output trinket and easy to get
8
Ephemeral Snowflake
useless
trinket for holy pallies, (nice for druids).
9
Forethought Talisman
good trinket but hard to get these days, but still has nice proc.
10
Illustration of the Dragon Soul
nearly constant 200 spell power makes it really good output trinket somehow hard to get still
11
Je'Tze's Bell
buyable trinket off AH with nice spell power as for that item lvl but having crappy proc, good for starting healing
12
Living Ice Crystals
really hard to get now and it is upgraded in ICC 25 (Blood Queen)
13
Metorite Crystal
Really nice trinket for every healer, with mana regeneration on-use effect makes it really nice.
14
Nevermelting Ice Crystal
Very weak spell power as for this item level and on-use has 3min cooldown, if there's nothing better, it's still good to use.
15
Pandora's Plea
really nice trinket, intellect is godly and proc nearly godly makes this trinket really good
16
Purified Lunar Dust
really
bad spell power as for this item level, proc isn't high-end too, (
Althor's Abacus
is WAY better with spell power.)
17
Purified Shard of the Scale
+
Purified Shard of the Flame
mp5 isn't the best stat as well as hp5 but it's fairly easy to get IF it drops (set is good if there's no better trinkets at the time)
18
Show of Faith
really nice trinket period (slightly worse than
Althor's Abacus
)
19
Sif's Remembrance
same as above, but it's
more
slightly worse O.o
20
Sliver of Pure Ice
really nice spell power and good on-use instant mana make it really nice trinket.
21
Solace of the Defeated
(<3)
GODLY
trinket for every healer spell power (output) and mana regeneration (regen stat) make it
perfectly
balanced trinket.
22
Soul of the Dead
Naxx 25, pretty useless now that crit isn't giving that much mana.
23
Talisman of Resurgence
pretty much very nice trinket for pallies and other healers most intellect on trinket so far, fairly superior to
Althor's Abacus
.
I'll update a little in the future, I hope I didn't missed anything (and yes, PvP trinkets and Blues are NOT listed) I made it for using it myself mostly but I was thinking some people might look for something like that so, and please comment which is best trinket combo for holy pallies :)
Thanks!

I'm curious how we always hear the refrain of Int is godly (and it is) and yet paladins who would skin a poster alive for gemming for sp embrace trinkets with 150 sp and mana regen.
I can certainly appreciate that proper gearing can be about balance, but doesn't it seem odd that the emphasis on intellect suddenly vanishes when you put a shiny trinket in someone's face?
For certainly if, say, a 200 sp trinket is "great for output" wouldn't gemming and enchanting and gearing for the sp be "great for output" as well?
Also, I think that the egg/embrace of the spider are seriously under-appreciated.
I will agree with you here, but the difference is we can comfortably pick up a reasonable amount of sp (on trinkets) with
generally
(because someone will try take it out of context for sure) reasonable to good on use / procs meanwhile, when looking at the selection of int trinkets they are neither here nor there, or just generally harder to aquire.
Also solace isn't godly because of the sp, its the huge amount of MP5 that makes it so godly (seriously well over the ilvl budget imo).

svirve (I think it was him, anyway, might have been Rouen? I'm *!@#ing one of them off here, anyway) did some math showing that the mp5 on dual solace > int on anything else in terms of effective longevity, and obviously a free 300 spellpower is going to blow any throughput you get from int trinkets out of the water.
Int, point for point, gives the best return, spread across various kinds of throughput and longevity. If something is over budgeted though, it's quite possible to get more throughput and longevity than int with other stats.

same reason they haven't released a new int flask since vanilla or a new int to weapon chant since BC... Would be too good

Give more power to the healers => allow more DPS to join raids => please the majority of the wow comunity. Give int, blizz!

I did the numbers pre-3.3 but nothing has changed as of yet, might be some imba 200+ int trinket later in ICC but nothing I know of.
Also in most boss fights, Mp5 is better for longevity than Int. I think
you need a fight
~5 minutes
3 minutes and 15 seconds long for it to be better.
That's when comparing 100 intellect vs 50 Mp5 (same item point cost) and using an already present 40% crit (the crit gained from int will give more mana the more crit you have).
Strike that, i messed up my calcs.
