I've ran the DirectDraw and Direct3D tests and each was succesful.
That doesn't tell you if your drivers are up to date, however. Let Federal, we can't help you with any specifics until you post your info.

Your Video Drivers are slightly outdated. Download that and try.

I'm not sure what it could be then. the Mobile Intel 965 is supported by WoW. I would suggest you contact the
Official Technical Support Forum
at blizzard. Put a link to this forum if you wish. They can help you further.
Be sure to let them know, you have reinstalled and You have updated your drivers.
