A few quick kitty questions

Okay, I've long been a bear in raids (with a resto offspec) however since we've shuffled a few players around, meaning an off-healer is better covered, it was suggested I pick up a kitty spec. I've been collecting kitty gear forever, so that's nicely in order, however I do have a few small queries that I can't find covered by the FAQ.
I'm the raid's mangle #$%^&. Is glyph of mangle worth it? I assume it'd replace savage roar if it is, or should I just keep it up without the glyph and stick with SR?
About how much ArP is needed to make gemming it worthwhile? I know that the idea is to get as high as possible with a trinket proc, but I can't seem to find any information on ranges (e.g. is it worth gemming it when a trinket proc will bring you to 80%, or should I wait 'till 90, or even 95?)
How significant is the damage boost from tiger's fury? I mean it's obviously going to be ideal to combine it with as many shreds as possible, but sometimes it's quite tempting to use it to get energy back to make up for a few non-crits in a row in the rotation... is this acceptable, even if I'd, for example be applying a rake while the ability is up? Or should I wait until later in the rotation to pop it at a time when I can get a few shreds off in a row? Or even pop it and shred anyway, ignoring the missing rake (assuming rip is up as a bleed effect)?
Thanks in advance.

I play bear heavily so rarely do i go anything else which includes cat but I can tell you glyph of mangle is just plain crap once you're able to learn savage roar as glyph of savage roar is the single most important cat dps glyph with rip and shred close behind.
A good amount to change from agility to ArP gems is around 500 passive with an ArP trinket though the difference will be quite small when the trinket isn't procced and you'll have less combo points available without the constant strings of crits from agility stacking which will make the "rotation" more cumbersome than it already is. Long story short, gem for ArP when doing so will enable you to reach the soft cap for your ArP trinket.
This one I can't really say, as I said earlier I play a bear almost all the time, the energy recovery is the most valuable thing about TF imo.
