OK, it might go against lore (or not)... but how hot would a female Draenei warlock look running around with a succubus? They'd look a lot alike, in fact. It's got my vote.
I approve of Draenei warlocks just for this reason.

To hell with the lore. Make it so, number 2.

What exactly? The concept of An'she was already there. Connecting An'she to priests and paladins is, as far as I can tell, new.

No, just no.

Not really. An'she is the sun and
Sun Paladins
always existed. That's not really much in the way of support. From the WoWWiki page you linked (note boldface): A sun paladin is apparently a type of paladin taken up by some
humans of the Alliance
. They are capable of harnessing the power of the sun in their weapons and auras. Also, from what I can tell, the concept was only ever mentioned in a tabletop RPG book—the status of which as reliable lore is somewhat in question—and only in passing.

Be they most common among humans of the Alliance or not, the concept was already there. "Sun Power" already existed. It doesn't say "most common." That character, from what I've seen, is the
only
example of a "Sun Paladin" in lore.
And the RPG books are quite reliable, IMO. Much of lore, as we know it, comes from an RPG citation.So...
female quilboar
never gain power except by declaring themselves male?
Female
trolls
are valued only as broodmares? Worgen are from another dimension, and never eat their kills because they're sustained by the unholy energies of their homeworld? The RPG is considered
tentatively
accurate, for the most part; however, material that contradicts the MMO, or
only
appears in the RPG, is to be taken with a grain of salt.
(By the way, I hope they keep the bit about worgen—the summoned worgen, that is—actually being extradimensional. It would shoot a few people's obnoxious recurring fan theories all to hell, and therefore make me respect playable worgen
somewhat
more as a concept.)

you make a good point: if night elves go against tradition and have mages, why not Draenei go against tradition with warlocks? however, in night elf tradition there have been many mages, the highborne were a big chunk of night elves who traditionally practiced magic. However, they were their own thing and it would make some sense for them to still be ostracized by night elf society. Night elves may be more willing to accept them now because they have worked closely with people who's greatest strengths (and thus key means of survival) is through magic, Draenei, especially gnomes, and humans (of dalaran especially). these people have proven not to be completely crazy and overrun by their addictions, and end up being quite responsible with their magic, for the most part.
While Mages are largely accepted by alliance society as a whole (everyone but night elves accepts them) warlocks are shunned by their pious and fervor filled bretheren who worship the holy light (Dwarves, and especially Humans and Draenei). Some warlocks may be accepted as "Not evil", and may work with holy orginizations
(the warlocks near argent tourney grounds)
, however at the very least dabbling in fel magic is considered extremely unwise, as tirion would say after that gnome who summons that demon boss in Trial of the crusader 10-25 man dies. overall, warlocks are not trusted and are disliked by mainstream alliance society, even if the warlock is fueled by good intentions (usually not).
Draenei have Firsthand experience at what happens to their bretheren that use fel magic (Eredar), they have spent their whole existence on the run and in the fight against the burning legion, and its been the holy light forces of the naaru that have saved them. the Draenei are also too convicted, pious, and righteous to consider fel magic an option imo.
A. If I remember correctly the Draenei mutate into eredar if they use warlock magic.
B. The bolded text (aboutt he warlocks in AT) is kinda false. Tirion Fordring doesn't really want to have them, and in ToC when Jarraxas is summoned, Tirion tells you to kill him. Then when the fight is over he kinda disses warlocks and says shadow magic is bad.

Draenei will never be Warlocks.
Ever.
It is completely against lore, and everything they stand for.
Stop trying.
You're only looking stupid.
Seriously.
30 threads are enough.
