Blind bashing much?
If you honestly think that Regan's (partly unintended, albeit) creation of the modern partialing far-right isn't the worst thing to happen to American politics, you need your head checked. In addition to creating a political climate in which a large amount of change is throttled simply because it comes from "the other side", his aggressive foreign policy has ramifications that can still be seen today. It is a pity that they are all negative.

You have yet to address my main point, that of his creation of the aggressively partion far-right that has experienced a surge in recent years.
Also, who do
you
think is the worst U.S. president in history?

Arguing about politics and religion is just a waste of time I've come to realize. My perspective is just that people should have my point of view, but if they don't then I hope that they'll eventually come to accept my point of view on their own.
By the way, I love how most of the people in this thread are saying that whoever they're arguing against "is biased", like they aren't. I don't know anyone who doesn't have their own opinion one way or the other that doesn't alter how they interpret the facts of things.

ciallister you have it wrong, america DOES have a health care system we have hospitals and medicine and all that, the debate about healthcare is nationalizing it which would instead of having the privatized care we have now (insurance companies that people get through thteir employers or buy themselves) or the government system that we dont know too much about.

Private helth care is not health care IMO
Heath care IMO is something that rightfully belongs to every man woman or child for free.
I was going to stay out of this discussion, but I figured I'd jump in right here - why do you say that? Forcing people as a whole to pay for specific individuals who may gotten themselves sick or injured by their own actions is a bit ridiculous in my mind. Those who take care of themselves, keep themselves healthy, and stay out of trouble
should
be rewarded by not having to pay major medical bills.

The canadian health care systems works only because they do not have a huge amount of people in their system. There are constant long wait times for surgery and other care and some Canadians go to america in order to get through quickly
