So, first the ego boost ;p My guild downed Twins 25 an hour ago and 'Death's verdict' dropped. It's currently not on wow head sadly but the stats are
Equip +256 AP
Equip When you deal a damaging spell you have a chance to gain 'Paragon' Thus either increasign your strength or Agility by 450 for 15 sec ( Highest stat is always chosen )
So, in my 'awe' I requested the item and received. After raid ended I ran back to IF to do some dps checks, and realized .. DMC has nearly the same wording .. which normally results in them not stacking. Much to my relief .. they stack ! ( Just thought I would mention incase people say nay, and prevent current DMC owners from rolling ) so .. non raid buffed purely with my own stats I have these stats:
Link is safe btw >.>

Armoury:
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Runetotem&n=Planky
( Trinket has not been updated as of right this second ;o )
Right, with that being said .. as my armoury might show I am fuully agi specc'd waiting for pathetic mjolnir's or grim to drop .. so I can gem arp. Seeing as this gain in quite insane .. I was wondering what my choices should be regarding gemming now and overall gear choice ? My dps is far from terrible on bosses, and am either side by side or just under fully arp'd with grim toll and twisted visage kitty's. Would it be worth it to go full arp now, or enjoy the large agi ?
My rotation if it means anything is usually:
Rake -> mangle -> Rip -> TF -> Shred -> SR -> rinse and repeat .. when sitting at 5 cp and rip and SR both still ticking I will pop a FB. usually popping berserk either when a heroism is schedules or for example shield phase on twins.
I guess my question is in a TL:DR version : Taking my stats in to account, should I stay as I am in terms of gemming, or still go for grim and gem arp ?
Regards, a happy yet confused kitty.

ArP > Agility at around 230 ArP, if you're able to exceed that amount replace all your agility for ArP to see a dps increase, if replacing all your agil gems with ArP will not yield 230+ ArP then keep the agil gems.
ArP Hard-cap:1231.6 ArP, 100%, more ArP is useless
ArP Soft-cap: 566.6 ArP, if wearing Mjolnir Runestone
ArP Soft-cap: 619.6 ArP, if wearing Grim Toll

I don't really know &*!@ about feral... But hasn't it always been 230 is the magic number from GEAR that you should start gemming armor pen? Not from gems?

once you hit the magic number ArP is superior to agil period and replacing any and all agil with ArP would be superior up to but not exceeding 100% ArP be it from gems or gear

The thing is below 230 ArP agil is actually better then ArP. Above ArP is better then agil.
So if you are replacing agil gems to get to 230 ArP you are
losing
damage. That's why you gem pure agil until you get 230 ArP
from gear alone, without gems
and once you have that you re-gem ArP.
Which trinket you are using doesn't matter at all for this. The trinket is only important for the upper cap you want to go for. See hashmels first post for that.
If you are not using any ArP proc trinket you can gem up to over 1000 ArP (which is impossible anyway).
Otherwise you will want to stop at some point (when you reach the soft cap set by your trinket proc).

Death's Verdict
I was looking because the OP said "damaging spell" which didn't make much sense to me.
Grats on the twins and the trink!
Yeah sorry for the error ;/ Was a little late as I was typing it ;o. Glad to see it's been updated now though.
Erm, as for re-gemming seemed to work a charm. Now sitting at 538 arp but sadly no grim toll hm. Shall test tonight on yoggy how much more efficient it is. Cheers for the help guys / gals.
