I found, and am currently using, one "of Power" +94 AP. 1 point shy of the listed 95 AP, but I've seen random Greens show a little variance before. The Power is great for a Hunter (which I am) even if the weapon is otherwise fairly vanilla. To be replaced soon I think, but nice for a world drop Green.

Looks almost exactly the same as the warlock's soul harvester. I'm glad blizaard is finally letting other classes use this cool weapon.
